How to Apply

Learning about RMDS
Campus Tours	Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:00-10:15am	An opportunity to see a slice of a typical RMDS day. Tours are adult-only and application materials will be available. Please phone for available dates and reservations, 381-8183 x35.

Open House	Sunday, November 6 1-3pm	A chance to come and meet the faculty for extended conversations about our program. Refreshments provided. Please RSVP.

Parent-Hosted Gatherings	Wednesday, December 14 9-11am	Optional events for interested families that allow you to meet current families and discuss their RMDS experiences.

Applying
Evaluations & Records Deadline	Thursday, January 12, 2012	Sign and submit Student Evaluation Form to child's current teacher; teacher submits directly to RMDS. Sign and submit Records release form to current school; school submits records directly to RMDS.

Application Deadline	Thursday, January 12, 2012	Complete and submit RMDS Application along with non-refundable $100 application fee.

Tuition Assistance Deadline	PFS: Thursday, January 12, 2012 Tax: Friday, February 17, 2012	Optional. Submit PFS to SSS after Nov. 15; provide copy of PFS and copy of last year's tax returns to RMDS. Submit copy of completed tax returns for the current year to RMDS by Feb. 17.

Getting to Know You
Parent Interviews	On your student's visit day	RMDS will call to schedule.

Student Visits	December - February	RMDS will call to schedule. Kindergarten applicants will attend a short play group with other applicants. Grade 1-8 applicants will spend an entire day in their current grade classroom.

Deciding
Decision Letter Mailed	Thursday, March 15	Decision letter sent via USPS.

Tuition Award Mailed	Thursday, March 15	If applicable, award offer mailed with decision letter.

Enrolling
Contract Deadline	Thursday, March 22	Completed contract and non-refundable deposit due at RMDS by 10am.
