Campus

Ring Mountain Day School occupies two campuses in Marin County, north of San Francisco:

• The preschool is located in Tiburon, at the foot of Ring Mountain in an idyllic sunny setting surrounded by eucalyptus groves. The campus, completely renovated in 2000, includes 6 spacious classrooms, 2 large outdoor play areas, as well as office space and a faculty work area.
  
• The elementary campus is in Mill Valley, at the foot of Mount Tamalpais. It is a former public school site leased from the Mill Valley Board of Education. Renovations to the existing building include a new science enter, an expanded technology laboratory, library, darkroom, student publication center, a multipurpose room, an art studio with a low-fire kiln and media, science and Spanish language labs.  The school is at the foot of Horse Hill, used by the faculty for hikes and picnics.  The campus also features a small soccer field, basketball court, and outdoor playground and play structure.  There is also an outdoor, enclosed central courtyard and a school community garden adjacent to the K-4 wing
